Leeuwin Civil was engaged to provide subdivision works for a new housing estate at Ironstone Place in Margaret River. Works consisted construction of a cul-de-sac road with rural driveways for lot access,along with the installation of stormwater drainage within a running creek.
Leeuwin Civil also constructed a new fire access track and supplied and installed a fire tank, as well as installing underground services for power and communications.
